ELCS was commissioned by the Aga Khan Health Services-Afghanistan to undertake design and delivery of an intensive course on Quality Improvement. ELCS was specifically responsible to design the course including course materials, needs assessment, course contents, teaching aids and assessment instruments. ELCS engaged two experts in to undertake delivery of this course. ELCS instructional design experts prepared course materials using international literature on different quality improvement models i.e. six-sigma, lean management, quality improvement, standard based quality improvement and recognition, and the quality improvement models implemented in Afghanistan.
