ELCS was contracted by WHO to conduct a national assessment of the MNDSR process in Afghanistan. The assessment was national in scope involving 12 provinces, selected across three regions to represent the country. ELCS team was charged to develop the assessment protocol, tools, train and deploy male and female enumerators, seek IRB approval, analyze data and prepare the assessment report. The findings of the assessment were presented at the national stakeholder dissemination workshop where representative from UNICEF, WHO, UNFPA, MOPH, INGOs and LNGOs were present.
