ELCS was contracted by HiH Afghanistan in 2017 to undertake “Mid Term Review of Hand in Hand Afghanistan Project (Supporting Rural Entrepreneurship and Promoting Women’s Socio-economic Empowerment) in a remote province of Afghanistan. In our work with ELCS, they have been pleasant and extremely professional. Our team are satisfied with the quality of their work and their ability to adhere to the schedule of the project. We at HiH would like to appreciate ELCS team’s professionalism in completing the project in a timely and efficient manner.
