With two master’s degrees in MBA specializing in HR and project management, since January 1995, I have been actively involved in capacity building, operations, and program development. I have conducted training programs on leadership, peace-building, project management, HR management, financial management, child protection, proposal writing, conflict management, ToT, Coaching, Education, effective communication, and cross-cutting issues such as gender equality. These trainings have been delivered to organizations including UN agencies, USAID, German agencies, national agencies, and at the embassy level.
