Established in 2008, Emerging Leaders Consulting Services (ELCS) is a dynamic research and management consulting Company, distinguished by experience, business integrity and innovation. ELCS stands as a beacon of excellence in Afghan consulting, embodying a commitment to transformative solutions in research, evaluation, institutional development program design and project delivery.
ELCS brings to the front a deep understanding of Afghanistan’s cultural nuances, crafting bespoke methodologies finely tuned to the country’s unique tapestry. ELCS blends operational flexibility and expertise, while connecting global knowledge to local realities. ELCS approach adds value to project delivery models, by providing optimal solutions to complex challenges, drawing on the Company’s extensive experience from dynamic and challenging environments.
ELCS scope of engagement spans across multiple sectors including, public health, education, private sector development, humanitarian emergencies, community development and gender studies. Since establishment, the Company has implemented over 50 projects across seven sectors. ELCS has excelled at providing leadership and strategic direction to organizations including women led organizations. This has included, building strategic alliances and developing partnership with the World Bank, USAID, EU, UN Agencies such as UNICEF, WHO, WFP, diplomatic missions including Canadian and Australian missions in Afghanistan and international organizations like Aga Khan Foundation, Counterpart International, Creative Associates, private sector and higher education institutions to name a few.
As for the team qualification, ELCS has an established team of development professionals with higher education credentials from institutions in the North America, Europe and Asia. ELCS team members have subject matter knowledge in a wide range of research related issues, including TPM, ethnographic research and mapping, GIS data tracking, target audience analysis (stakeholder analysis), measures of effect modelling, agribusiness, natural resource risk modelling, and behavioral change research. ELCS’s team is characterized by creativity, innovation, discipline, a positive attitude, and a track record of professional accomplishments
