ELCS management and consultants were involved in the design of evaluation method and tools. They led implementation of field operations including coordination and scheduling of interviews with different stakeholders. The work included, organization of interview with key officials from the Ministry of Public Health, Development partners, donor agencies and key implementing agencies namely, the Aga Khan Development Network, World Vision and the Save the Children. I closely monitored ELCS teams’ performance, their consultants performed the work in a highly professional manner. The contribution and dedication of ELCS team were exemplary, given the satisfactory completion of specific deliverables entrusted to them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other organizations for similar projects.
