With extensive experience in capacity development, organizational growth, and training management, he hassignificantly contributed to projects in Afghanistan. Notably, he served as an Organizational Developmentfficer for DEOW and ADWOR in the I_PACS project, as a Project Officer for SOUND in the ACEP project, as a Capacity Development Consultant for the GIZ-IDP project, and as a Senior
Capacity Development Officer for the Swedish Committee for Afghanistan. In these roles, he has honed his skills in organizational assessment, strategic planning, project management, and sustainable development.
